Olavo Nogueira Filho holds a degree from the University of Notre Dame (USA) and a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from FGV-SP. He has served as Executive Director of Todos Pela Educação since 2016 and was previously Deputy Secretary at the São Paulo State Department of Education. He is the author of Pontos Fora da Curva, a finalist for the 2023 Jabuti Prize (Human Sciences), a board member of Ensina Brasil, and a Visiting Fellow of Practice at the University of Oxford in 2025.
