Bruno Brandão is an economist graduated from UFMG, holding master’s degrees in Public Management from the University of York and in International Relations from the Barcelona Institute for International Studies. He is currently pursuing a specialization in Social and Economic Equity at the London School of Economics. With over 15 years at Transparency International, he has worked at the organization’s Secretariat in Germany, coordinated the Climate Finance Integrity Program in Mexico, and has served as Executive Director of Transparency International Brazil since 2016. In 2023, he was elected to the organization’s Board of Directors. He is a fellow of international programs such as those from the OAS, Bertelsmann Foundation, and the Atlantic Fellows (LSE). In 2017, he received the Amalia Award for professional excellence in Berlin.
