Patricia Ellen da Silva is Managing Partner of Systemiq in Latin America, Co-founder of AYA Earth Partners, and former Secretary of Economic Development, Science, and Technology for the State of São Paulo. She previously served as President of Optum in Brazil and Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading the Public Sector practice. Patricia also worked as a commentator for CNN Brasil on COP30, climate change, and green business. She holds a degree from Universidade de São Paulo, a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, and an MBA from INSEAD.
