Daniele Mattos is a public relations professional focused on social impact and innovation, with over 10 years of experience working with brands such as Mutato (WPP), Whirlpool, Avon, Netflix, MASP, and Itaú. She is co-founder of Indique Uma Preta, a consultancy that connects the Black community to the job market and has partnered with over 100 companies, including Ambev, Unilever, Natura, Magalu, Spotify, Google, Meta, and Mercado Livre. She has been recognized as a Forbes Under 30 and Meio & Mensagem Under 30, served as Brazil ambassador at the Lions Festival (2023), and was a jury member for the Sim à Igualdade Racial Award (2025). She is currently a Chevening Scholar and Lemann Fellow, pursuing a Master’s in Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics (LSE).
