Jessika Moreira is Executive Director of Movimento Pessoas à Frente. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in City Sciences at the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR) and holds a specialization in Public Policies for Smart Cities from the University of São Paulo (USP). She has extensive experience in the public sector, having worked for eight years at the Civil House of the Government of Ceará, leading cross-sector projects focused on digital transformation, data, innovation, and people management. She is the creator and co-founder of ÍRIS | Innovation and Data Lab of the Government of Ceará, an initiative awarded the Espírito Público Prize Medal in 2020. As a public sector innovation consultant, she collaborated with the United Nations (UN) to train managers and public servants from 52 cities across Brazil’s Northeast and Southeast regions. She is a member of the Lemann Foundation Leaders Network and serves on the board of the Center for Integrated Studies and Programs for Sustainable Development (CIEDS).
