Ricardo Saadi
Ricardo Saadi holds a doctorate and master’s degree in Political and Economic Law from Mackenzie University, São Paulo. He is a specialist in Police Science and Criminal Investigation from the National Police Academy, with additional training at the FBI National Academy. A Federal Police Delegate since 2002, he has served as Regional Superintendent of the Federal Police in Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro, and as Director of the Investigation and Fight against Organised Crime and Corruption (DICOR). In The Hague, he served as the Federal Police’s Liaison Officer to Europol. Since 2025, he has been President of the Council for the Control of Financial Activities (COAF).
