Andreia Coutinho Louback is a journalist that holds a Master’s degree in Ethnic-Racial Relations from CEFET/RJ, and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of California, Davis. She is the Executive Director of the Brazilian Climate Justice Centre. She has coordinated research projects such as Who Needs Climate Justice in Brazil (Observatório do Clima), Guide to Climate Justice (Casa Fluminense), and Climate Justice to Transform the System (Climate Ventures). Invited by the COP30 presidency, she is a member of the Global Council on Adaptation. She is also a columnist for Nexo Jornal, Le Monde Diplomatique, and Projeto Colabora.
