PhD in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV, with a Master’s degree in Social Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from PUCRS. She has been a public servant for 28 years and, since 2015, has served as Director-General of the Federal Senate, where she leads one of the most complex administrative systems in the Brazilian public sector. She is a professor in the Master’s and PhD programs in Public Administration at IDP, as well as a columnist and author. Her work focuses on promoting equity and supporting women in situations of economic vulnerability resulting from domestic and family violence. She has also established initiatives aimed at preventing and combating workplace harassment.
