Google’s public policy manager, where she coordinates the relationship between the company and government and leads Google’s efforts in this cycle of the G20 and COP30. Master in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and social scientist from the University of São Paulo; she was Chief of Staff of the Secretariat of Human Rights of the Presidency of the Republic (2015-2016) and Acting Secretary of Human Rights of the Federal Government (2016). Juliana developed and coordinated the Platform “City 50-50: All and all for equality” of UN Women Brazil, and has been a consultant to several international and national organizations on gender, human rights and advocacy issues such as UNICEF, UNDP, Save the Children, British Council, International Co-Impact Fund and Vladimir Herzog Institute.
