A career diplomat since 1984, Antonio Da Costa e Silva served as Brazil’s ambassador to Jamaica (2011–2015), Finland (2015–2019), and Costa Rica (2019–2023). Since 2023, he has held the position of Head of International Affairs at the Ministry of Cities.
