Executive Director of Transparency International in Brazil, Bruno Brandão is an economist from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Master in Public Management from the University of York and in International Relations from the Barcelona Institute of International Studies. Since 2013, he coordinates the establishment of Transparency International in Brazil, and previously coordinated the Climate Finance Integrity Program in Mexico. He is Fellow of the “Open Government in the Americas” program of the Organization of American States and the “Transformation Thinkers” program of the Bertelsmann Foundation. In 2023, he was elected to the Board of Global Transparency for a two-year term.
