Natalia Paiva
Natalia Paiva has been recognized as one of the 500 most influential people in Latin America by Bloomberg Línea. She is a leading voice in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as in emerging technologies and their social impacts. She currently serves as president of MOVER (Movement for Racial Equity), a pro-inclusion coalition that brings together over 50 major companies, and as co-founder of Alandar Consultoria, a firm specializing in technology regulation. She holds an MBA from IE Business School and is a Global Fellow at the Inter-American Dialogue, a Washington, D.C.-based think tank, as well as a board member of InternetLab, Transparência Brasil, and Fundação Bunge.
