Mauricio Moura holds a degree in Economics from FEA USP. He earned a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Master’s in Public Management from George Washington University. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Sector Economics and Policy from FGV-SP and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Atlantic International University. He is also an alumnus of the OPM 52 (Owners and Presidents Management Program) at Harvard Business School. Moura is the founder of Instituto IDEIA, a researcher at George Washington University, a partner at Asa Zaftra fund, and a columnist for O Globo.
