A professor and coordinator of the postgraduate programme in Public Administration and Government at FGV/EAESP, Gabriela Lotta has been also a visiting professor at Oxford, Aalborg (Denmark), Konstanz (Germany), Bern (Switzerland), Universidad del Chile and PUC Peru. She is a lecturer at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP), a researcher at the Centre for Metropolitan Studies and the Politics of Inequalities Cluster at the University of Konstanz, and the coordinator of Latin American Street-Level Bureaucracy Research Network at CLACSO. She is also a member of the Technical Chamber on State Transformation of the Council of the Presidency of the Republic and of the steering committee of the National Observatory for Transparency and Integrity of the National Council of Justice.
